Mee goreng is a popular fried noodle dish found in hawker centers in Malaysia. The original mee goreng is kind of salty, spicy, tangy and slightly sweet. What we have here is a slightly twisted flavor version to meet the local eaters.  This vegetarian mee goreng is tossed with fresh spinach, scrambled eggs, carrot, and green onion when served.
